We can visit homes and workplaces to teach you to relax and remove areas of discomfort and stress to allow you to live a life free of worries about the past and future.

Mindfulness is a way of training your mind to concentrate on the present, in order to feel calm and improve your mental state.

Mindfulness in Education

There are clear links between pupils’ wellbeing and their physical health as well as evidence that teaching children to be resilient and confident reduces bullying (including cyberbulling), raises attainment and improves their ability to deal with stress and anxiety.

“Pupils with better health and wellbeing are likely to achieve better academically” (Public Health England report on The Link between Pupil Health and Wellbeing and Attainment, 2014).

We can provide tailor made courses for schools and educational settings.

Community Mindfulness Groups and Workshops

Free yourself from emotional, physical and mental pain by joining in with a group Mindfulness session.

Offered free of charge to those in most need, these sessions show you that Mindfulness is a way of training your mind to concentrate on the present, in order to feel calm and improve your mental state.

Men’s Mental Health Programme

These sessions are designed specifically for individual groups and consist of a series of workshops including:

  • anger management
  • debt management
  • addiction advice.
